RENTAL CHARGES
Rental is for one week minimum from January 1 to December 31, depending on availability.
The following are the services included and general conditions:
1. Reception to, and handing over of premises.
2. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
3. The premises are handed over to the tenant at 5 p.m. at the earliest.
4. On the last day of the rental period the premises must be vacated not later than 10 a.m. on
the following day. Bed sheets and towels may be rented on payment of a
upplement. House cleaning at departure is tenant’s responsibility.
On request, and at additional charge, cooked meals are provided.
Rental charges :

EUR 300.00 each extra night
A returnable deposit or guarantee is required.
